New Housing Development – Fauldhead
In late 2025, the Association completed its most recent new housing development at the Fauldhead Road site. This project has added a total of 41 new homes to the community, featuring 4 cottage flats, 13 terraced houses, and 24 flats. The development plays an important role in meeting local housing needs and boosting the availability of high-quality, affordable homes.
We marked the completion of the site with an official opening ceremony on 5 March 2026. Staff and Committee members were joined by tenants and key stakeholders from the Scottish Government, East Dunbartonshire Council, McTaggart Construction, and C~urb Property Development. The event culminated in our Chairperson, John Jamieson, formally opening the site with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
Looking ahead, the Association remains committed to delivering further new housing developments across its communities when possible.
