Every three years, we ask tenants to take part in a Tenant Satisfaction Survey to get your views on the services we provide and how these could be improved.
The feedback we receive will be used to identify improvements and to shape how we deliver our services in the future.
To keep the survey independent, we have commissioned a company called Knowledge Partnership to run it for us.
All customers with an email address on our system will receive a copy of the survey by email.
Knowledge Partnership will also be calling customers to make sure we have as high a response rate as possible – this will be from an 0131 number so please answer when they call you! Calls will start from 6 September and run throughout the month.
Every customer who completes the survey will be entered into a free prize draw. Good luck!
