Finance & Corporate Services
The finance & corporate services section is responsible for ensuring customers receive an efficient front line service, through telephone contact or visits to our office. The team can deal with a variety of enquiries, including rent balances and taking payments. Control of the Association's finances also comes under the remit of this section.
Corporate services staff also ensure the Association is operating within regulatory requirements and are meeting governance and financial control standards.
Property Maintenance Services
This section has responsibility to ensure our housing stock is maintained to a high standard by ensuring competent qualified contractors are apponted to carry out maintenance and servicing works.
The property services section also manage the Planned and Cyclical Works programme.
The development of newbuild properties also comes under the remit of this section.
Housing Management Services
Housing Management has the responsibility to provide an efficient and effective housing management service in the interests of the Association, its tenants and wider community.
The services include allocation of properties to new and existing tenants with the provision of tenancy agreements. Providing support and advice to all tenants in managing & sustaining their tenancies. We deal with the prevention and effective management of rent arrears and provide information & support on benefits along with Welfare Rights.
This section also manages Estate Management including any anti-social behaviour or complaints.
