We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused individual with an adaptable and flexible approach to work within a busy team environment. Working at the Association’s reception desk main duties will include dealing with personal and telephone callers, processing rent payments as well as providing administration support to each of the Association’s sections. You will be able to process documentation and other forms associated with the work of the teams, filing, photocopying, collation and distribution of documents as well as inputting of information into the Association’s integrated management information systems, social media and digital signage software.
